Some simple tips - Instructions on how to get the best browsing experience

If you decide on purchasing any part / manual, all you have to do is add it to your cart by using the button, if this was the only item you wanted to purchase, you can proceed to checkout by clicking the proceed to checkout button below the cart contents window, in case you want to add more items to your shopping cart, just click the continue shopping button, again below the cart contents window, when you are done shopping, you can proceed to checkout, you will be taken to the login page, if you have already purchased from qservice before, here you can enter your user and password to proceed with the order, if this was the first time you have visited our store, please use the signup button,

 

 

 

If You do not want to enter any personal details online, you do not have to enter an online order,

You can send your order via Email, stating the desired part #, quantity, and your preferred payment method,

Paypal is the faster and safer way to pay for your items online,  however, as long as your order is within our accepted payments policy, any payment method is accepted

In the next page you will be required to enter your personal and shipping details, like preferred shipping method, please CLICK HERE for more information on shipping costs and methods, Please also note that All asterisk marked fields have to be filled, if your shipping and billing addresses are the same, you can select the Copy billing details to shipping selection, otherwise please fill in the correct shipping address,

 

When all personal and shipping details are filled in, you can continue to next page, where you will re-verify the correct items you are about to purchase, here you can change cart contents quantity, your name and address details, if all items in the shopping cart, and personal  details are ok, then proceed to checkout by clicking on the button Order now, in the next page you will be given several payment options, please remember Paypal is the fastest payment method, if however alternate payment method is desired, alternative payment options are selected by clicking on the select menu below Other Payment Types you can CLICK HERE for more information on accepted payment methods,

 

If Paypal was selected, you will be taken to paypal secure checkout page where after login you can pay using your paypal account, or credit card, please make sure after completing the paypal payment to select the link return to merchant, this will insure that your order and payment details are processed correctly,

Once you complete the order process you will receive an order confirmation email, please make sure you add qservice-electronics to your trusted zone in your email inbox filtering in order to receive all order related tracking messages and shipping confirmations,

After you enter an order you can always check its process online, just log-in to your qservice account using the user and password you created when entering your order,  go to orders section , and click on previous orders selection, a new page will open and all your orders will appear there, you can just click on any of them, and see its progress, the related tracking messages, or you can enter your own message in the provided fields

 

Download specific details

 

Please note: we do not offer automatic downloads, after an order is placed and paid for, you will receive an email, containing download area link, and user / password codes, this can take up to 12 hours depending on the time an order was placed, usually however, all downloads are served within 30mins and up to 2 hours.

We only accept paypal payments for downloads, we cannot accept any other payment format as the associated delay will be too long

Spare parts are always listed by their manufacturers original part #

To be able to easily locate the spare part you want, and since there are thousands of items within our products

You will need the manufacturer spare part #

The part numbers for spares are always contained in the spares parts section of the service manual, since service manuals are not always available, our products categories section is divided into subcategories containing the most commonly needed spares, so if for example you are looking for a tektronix oscilloscope CRT blue screen filter, but you do not have the part # , by going to the category  tektronix spares and then to subcategory Cabinet - Cosmetic parts, you will be able to browse for the filter you want by looking through the contents of this section only, you can of course try to search for the terms CRT filter, using our search box located on the left of the screen, for some very popular tektronix oscilloscope models we have a special page here

 

If all these fail, you can send an email or fax to qservice support and request a quote for the specific part(s) you are after, please make sure you include the following information with your request..

 

For Consumer Equipment we need the following

 

1 - Equipment manufacturer :  For example Sony

2 - Equipment model : For example KLVS32S10

3 - Function and description of the part you want :  For example   Left  internal  Speaker

4 - If the request is for a PCB we need all the above, plus the PCB's function and the PCB's  part # as this is written on the PCB, this number is not actually a part #, but it helps .

5 - If you are able to take a photo and attach to email, it will make things a lot easier

 

For test Equipment we need the following

 

1 - Equipment manufacturer :  For example tektronix

2 - Equipment model : For example  2232 Serial B-056443

3 - Function and description of the part you want :  For example   Vertical position potentiometer and knob

4 - If the request is for a PCB we need all the above, plus the PCBs function For Example  Power Input Filter PCB

5 - If you are able to take a photo and attach to email, it will make things a lot easier

 

 

Requests not including this information, and generic requests like I have a Sony TV and my technician said I need a flyback transformer, can you provide that? OR I need the time base knob for my oscilloscope, will not be answered, as we do not have the luxury of time to exchange a lot of emails, only to get all needed information  that was supposed to be included in the request. 

 

We can provide help with parts and manuals only for Tektronix Test equipment, and Sony ( consumer electronic products only )
